The South African Motorbike Delivery Association (SAMDA) is calling on all delivery riders whose profiles have been blocked, suspended, restricted or deactivated on any delivery platform to come forward and apply for a review of their case. Riders are encouraged to submit their details, explain the reason provided for the blockage, and upload a screenshot or picture showing the status of their blocked profile.
SAMDA will review the submitted cases and engage relevant industry platforms and stakeholders in an effort to seek clarity and support the review of affected rider profiles.
