Complaints Department

The South African Motorbike Delivery Association (SAMDA) is committed to protecting the rights, dignity, and safety of motorbike delivery riders across South Africa. Our Complaint Reporting Department serves as a confidential and professional platform where riders, partners, stakeholders, and members of the public can report misconduct, unfair treatment, unethical behaviour, and criminal activities within the delivery industry.

We understand the challenges faced daily by riders on the ground. For this reason, SAMDA provides a structured and transparent reporting system to ensure that all complaints are assessed fairly, handled with discretion, and escalated appropriately where necessary. Our objective is not only to resolve disputes, but to promote accountability, ethical standards, and lawful conduct throughout the sector.

We encourage all industry participants to report wrongdoing responsibly and with supporting evidence where possible. Together, we can build a professional, safe, and fair motorbike delivery industry across all nine provinces.
