SAMDA Invites Applications for Legal Partners in Gauteng

The South African Motorbike Delivery Association (SAMDA) invites suitably qualified and experienced law firms to submit applications for appointment as SAMDA Legal Partners. The appointed legal partner will support and represent motorbike delivery riders while providing professional legal advisory and representation services in matters including labour law, civil litigation, Road Accident Fund claims, criminal procedure, public and constitutional law, compliance management, and regulatory matters.

Interested law firms must be based in Gauteng, admitted to practise before the High Court of South Africa, and fully registered and in good standing with the Legal Practice Council. Applications will be assessed through a point-based evaluation system, with consideration given to relevant qualifications, professional standing, experience, capacity, track record and understanding of the motorbike delivery sector. Interested firms are invited to submit their applications and supporting documentation to partnerships@sa-mda.org  by 25th August 2026.
